Commercial and Residential

There are around 65 residential and commercial buildings at Elvetham, all of which are managed as lettable properties. We are flexible and creative in our approach to property management.

Pre-War, Elvetham's residential property would have been used by those working directly in relation to the estate, with the non-residential buildings as part of the agricultural activities. The Post-War era brought dramatic change to local agricultural and estate employment practices and, as a consequence, a shift in the way our buildings were used. Now, as with any other modern working estate, our residential buildings are let in the open market and many of our non-residential buildings have found new life as commercial lettings.

Our residential portfolio is predominantly a range of two to five bedroom cottages and farmhouses in the local area, although we also have a couple of properties further afield in Basingstoke.

Our commercial portfolio is comprised of character farm buildings extensively refurbished into modern office, storage and workshop facilities.

We have a range of under used buildings that we would be delighted to inject new life in to were we to be approached with a viable alternative use.
